We will deliver the equipment the day before so you can set your tables and we will pre-set the dinner buffet.
Then the food comes the next day! We will then return the day after that to pick everything up.
No staff stay on site with this package.
Dinner is delivered earlier in the day (typically 2pm) and kept hot on site in Cambro warmer units. You will set out your dinner and mix your salads when you are ready.
